Cancellation Policy
Due to the unique nature of this event there will be a strict
cancellation policy. We strongly encourage you to acquire adequate travel cancellation
insurance. This is available through Classic Travel. You may inquire at the
time of registration for rates.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable with
the following exceptions:
- Cancellations prior to July 10,
2008 fully refundable subject to a $325.00 per person administrative fee.
- Cancellations prior to October 10, 2008 50% of
monies paid are refundable.
- Cancellations after October 10, 2008 are 100%
non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued within 45 days of notice by
check or credit.
Registration Changes
- Name changes are subject to a $50 charge. Any changes after January 18,
2009 are subject to a $100 charge.
- Reservation
transfers are not allowed.
**Except from Champagne, VSOP and XO spirits, some premium brands, wine
list, canned and/or bottled drinks and mini-bar, which are at an extra
charge.
